Krispy Kreme Has Done It Again With A New Lotus Biscoff Flavour Drop

With milkshakes and cookies, to roti and even Biscoff lasagne, it’s safe to say that the Belgium spread has taken the internet—and our taste buds—by storm. And now Krispy Kreme is bringing the goods, they’ve listened to the people and they’ve delivered— in the form of Lotus Biscoff doughnuts.

Dropping today, you’ll be able to buy two different limited edition doughnuts—the Lotus Biscoff ring and the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake.

The Lotus Biscoff Ring features the iconic Original Glazed doughnut, which is then smothered in Lotus Biscoff spread, finished with a hand drizzled swirl of Lotus Biscoff Crème.

And if that isn’t quite enough for you, the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake doughnuts features the Signature shell, is then dipped in Lotus Biscoff spread, filled with cream cheese frosting, finished with Lotus Biscoff crumb and chocolate ganache drizzle.

More is more.

Made with natural ingredients, Lotus Biscoff is available across seven continents and has a cult following, with over 6 billion biscuits consumed every day.

“We saw how loved Lotus Biscoff was around the world so knew we had to give Aussies the chance to taste the two iconic flavours brought together in one delicious doughnut! We love coming up with new flavours for our fans and know they’ll love this irresistibly tasty new addition” says Marketing Director of Krispy Kreme Australia Olivia Sutherland.

The freshly baked Krispy Kreme limited-edition Lotus Biscoff doughnuts will be available in-store, 7-Eleven stores nationally and through 7-Eleven delivery as well as through online Krispy Kreme delivery.

Mad Mex’s New Menu Item Is Inspired by a Popular Mexican Street Food

mad mex chicken al pastor

Mexican restaurant chain Mad Mex has dropped a new protein, and it’s one of the most popular street foods in Mexico.

Enter, Chicken Al Pastor. It’s traditionally made with pork and grilled on a spinning rotisserie with a pineapple sitting a top, but Mad Mex has put its own spin on it, serving chicken bathed in an Al Pastor marinade with a touch of juicy pineapple.

You can order the protein-packed filling in your favourite burrito, bowl, quesadilla, nachos, or in a taco.

As always, these things are here for a good time, not a long time. Pop into your local Mad Mex restaurant, order delivery or through the Mad Mex app today.
