Coffee lovers here’s your chance to win a year’s supply of espresso martinis.

Two of Australia’s experts in specialty coffee, Mr Black Spirits and Industry Beans have teamed up to encourage coffee lovers to enjoy an espresso martini this World Martini Day.

The friends-in-coffee brands are passionate about making great quality coffee cocktails both accessible and easy. By using Mr Black Coffee Liqueur and Industry Beans Cold Brew concentrate you only need two ingredients to make a perfect frothy Espresso Martini, and the recipe couldn’t be easier.

To celebrate World (Espresso) Martini Day, the brands have teamed up to give one lucky winner a year’s supply of Espresso Martinis.

One person eminently qualified to talk about coffee cocktails is Mr Black Global Coffee Ambassador Martin Hudak, former ‘World Coffee In Good Spirits Champion’, and partner at Maybe Sammy (Australasia’s Best Bar).

“When an Espresso Martini is done right with great quality ingredients, drinkers not only get the rich coffee flavour they love but also that little caffeine boost that is sometimes needed at the beginning or end of your night.

The key to any drink is quality ingredients and balance. Using Mr Black coffee liqueur and Industry Beans Cold Brew means the quality ingredients box is ticked, and as long as you follow a tried and tested recipe then you’ll have a well-balanced bar-quality cocktail to enjoy.”

Mad Mex’s New Menu Item Is Inspired by a Popular Mexican Street Food

mad mex chicken al pastor

Mexican restaurant chain Mad Mex has dropped a new protein, and it’s one of the most popular street foods in Mexico.

Enter, Chicken Al Pastor. It’s traditionally made with pork and grilled on a spinning rotisserie with a pineapple sitting a top, but Mad Mex has put its own spin on it, serving chicken bathed in an Al Pastor marinade with a touch of juicy pineapple.

You can order the protein-packed filling in your favourite burrito, bowl, quesadilla, nachos, or in a taco.

As always, these things are here for a good time, not a long time. Pop into your local Mad Mex restaurant, order delivery or through the Mad Mex app today.
