Bundaberg Rum Has Made a Boozy Lemon Squash to Manifest an Early Summer

Zest up your life.

We are so close to spring that we can almost taste the sweet release from the arctic tundra that has been this winter. Although, while we’re counting down the days, Bundaberg, more commonly known as Bundy, has injected booze into a pub classic.

It’s not the first time Bundaberg has canned a classic. A while back, Bundaberg introduced a boozy Ginger Beer and reinvented a Spiced Blonde Cola, which changed the way we drink rum and cola.

Now, the Bundaberg Lemon Squash, a boozy, canned version of a classic pub squash with a 4% ABV is making waves on the RTD scene.

The next time you have a backyard BBQ or are at a picnic, reach into the Esky and pull out a cold one of these.

You can find them in most major bottle shops, and will set you back $25 for a four-pack.

Mad Mex’s New Menu Item Is Inspired by a Popular Mexican Street Food

mad mex chicken al pastor

Mexican restaurant chain Mad Mex has dropped a new protein, and it’s one of the most popular street foods in Mexico.

Enter, Chicken Al Pastor. It’s traditionally made with pork and grilled on a spinning rotisserie with a pineapple sitting a top, but Mad Mex has put its own spin on it, serving chicken bathed in an Al Pastor marinade with a touch of juicy pineapple.

You can order the protein-packed filling in your favourite burrito, bowl, quesadilla, nachos, or in a taco.

As always, these things are here for a good time, not a long time. Pop into your local Mad Mex restaurant, order delivery or through the Mad Mex app today.
