The Everleigh—in collaboration with Peter Gunn (IDES) and experiential designer Philip Bucknell—have created SSIXX presents Everleigh-After; an ode to the past, present, and future of our creative culinary culture. 

There are four courses, paired cocktails, and bespoke scents, all entwined with a feast of audiovisual art, that guides you through the elements so that you experience them with every sense you own. 

“As the visual feast evolves around them, audiences will bite, sip and smell expertly crafted tastes, textures, and scents that evoke the essence of what they’re seeing and hearing,” says Bucknell. 

“I’m not sure we’ve ever seen a creation where all five senses are so completely catered to. I can’t wait to see what people make of it.”

It’s like Ex Machina, meets art, meets hospitality.

Taking away your electronic devices, SSIXX invites you to explore the art of its immersive experience inside a multidimensional cube with none of our daily distractions.

With the table set for 14, SSIXX gives us a travelling degustation, for intimate groups and individuals seeking an otherworldly dining experience.

Located on an empty floor of Federation Square’s Alfred Deakin Building, the performance starts as soon as you walk through the door.
