Tasmania’s Forty Spotted limited release pinot noir gin is the perfect example of the complexity, and delicacy a gin can be when mixed with Tasmania’s finest pinot noir grapes. Yarra Valley Rochford Wines has crafted three wine gins, including a chardonnay gin, pinot noir, and shiraz gin. The chardonnay offers a clean crisp profile, warmed by almonds and cinnamon in the background. The pinot noir is heavy on the spice, with a peppery finish and complementing pine notes of juniper.
